Data Deletion Request
Instructions for requesting the deletion of your Chronex360 data, including any Facebook/Meta data.
1. Introduction
Chronex360, operated by Chronex Technologies, is committed to protecting your privacy and respecting your right to data deletion. This page provides clear instructions for requesting the deletion of your personal data, your company account data, or any data collected through Facebook/Meta integrations.
If you authorized Chronex360 to access your Facebook/Meta data and wish to have that data deleted, follow the instructions on this page. We will process your request within 30 days.
This page satisfies Facebook/Meta's requirement for a Data Deletion Instructions URL as part of the Facebook App Review process.
2. What Data Can Be Deleted
You may request deletion of the following types of data:
- Account Data: Your user profile, login credentials, and account settings
- Company Data: Your company profile, company settings, and associated subscription data
- Lead and Campaign Data: Leads, campaign records, follow-up notes, and related activity logs stored under your account
- Facebook/Meta Data: Any lead data fetched from Facebook/Meta Lead Ads, along with associated access tokens, Page IDs, and form configurations stored in our system
- Communication Logs: Email, SMS, or WhatsApp message logs stored within the platform
- Employee Data: Data of team members added under your company account (Company Owner must submit this request)
Please note that certain data (such as payment transaction records and invoices) may need to be retained for legal, financial, or audit purposes even after a deletion request. We will inform you of any such exceptions at the time of your request.
3. How to Submit a Data Deletion Request
Follow these steps to submit your data deletion request:
Send an Email
Send an email to info@chronextechnologies.com with the subject line: "Chronex360 Data Deletion Request"
Include Your Details
In the email body, include: your registered email address, your company name (if applicable), and a description of the specific data you want deleted (e.g., "all account and lead data" or "only Facebook/Meta lead data").
Identity Verification
Our team may contact you to verify your identity before processing the deletion. This step protects you from unauthorized deletion requests.
Receive Confirmation
Once your identity is verified and the deletion is complete, we will send you a confirmation email. The entire process will be completed within 30 days of verification.

I am requesting the deletion of my data from Chronex360.
Registered Email: [your registered email address]
Company Name: [your company name, if applicable]
Data to Delete: [describe what you want deleted — e.g., "all account data including Facebook lead data"
or "only Facebook/Meta lead data connected to my account"]
Please confirm receipt and let me know if you need any additional information to process this request.

5. Facebook / Meta Data Deletion
If you connected your Facebook/Meta account to Chronex360 and wish to have that data removed:
- You can first disconnect the Facebook integration from your Chronex360 account settings. This will immediately stop any further data fetching from Facebook/Meta.
- To request deletion of Facebook/Meta lead data already stored in Chronex360, send us a deletion request using the instructions in Section 3 above.
- We will delete all Facebook/Meta access tokens, page connections, and associated lead data upon processing your request.
Chronex360 does not share Facebook/Meta user data with unauthorized parties and uses it solely for lead management functionality within your authorized account. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle Facebook/Meta data.
6. Processing Timeline
Acknowledgement: Within 5 business days of receiving your request
Identity Verification: Completed within 7 business days
Data Deletion: Completed within 30 days of successful verification
Confirmation Email: Sent upon completion of deletion
If we are unable to delete certain data due to legal retention requirements, we will notify you of what data is retained, the reason, and the expected retention period.
